Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira was born on the 26th of May 1978 at Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is an actress known as the actress in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed as a member of The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. The analyst she is working with currently overseeing the Assassination Witness project, and is an integral member of the the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement group. The GI TOC's research is focused on assassinations (including disappearances), violence, and other types of crime related to illicit economics. Her main research areas are the effects of organized crime on human rights and the humanitarian law and policy. Ana Paula has an LL.M. in cum louise (with distinction) in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. Fundacao Getulio Vargas has awarded her an LL.M. cum laude in Public Law. Ana Paula is a graduate from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a magnacum laude degree in Legal Science as well as Social Sciences. She was a trained lawyer and worked for 4 years at a public law litigation firm. Experiences include working in roles with non-governmental agencies located in Rio de Janeiro or Geneva.
